88fa may, at its sole discretion, decline to register an Account or close an existing Account without stating a reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance. Registration of duplicate Accounts by the same individual will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any bonuses claimed across those Accounts being permanently voided.

In circumstances where a game is interrupted due to a technical failure before a wagering round is completed, 88fa's liability is limited to returning the amount wagered in that incomplete round to your Account. No further compensation for lost winnings, anticipated winnings, or any other form of consequential loss will be payable.
88fa may suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold your Balance, or void any pending bets in any of the following circumstances:
